Sunday, May 16, 2010. My classmates and I went down to the market to eat meat. The system in Meat Alley is amazing. You order your meat, onions and chiles from the vendors and they stick it on their grill. Chiles and meat live on top of the grill. While the onions sit on the smoldering wood. Don't forget the goodies! When it arrives at your table in a paper lined basket it's smells like magic and tastes even better. Everyone is happy on meat Monday. We devoured our kilos and missed them immediately.
