About two to three weeks ago my wonderful husband brought a contraption home called The Big Boss Oil Less Fryer. I literally looked at the huge box with amazement and asked "What's this"? He was so proud when he replied " You said you needed a new frying pan to fry chicken, so I brought this because it's a healthier way to fry chicken". Big Boss. Well how contradictory is that?
