Mize and Associates offers the following competitive rates:. 80 per hour speech/language sessions. 60 per 45-minute speech/language sessions. 40 per half-hour speech/language sessions. Parent consultations are charged at the same rate as therapy. Are an out-of-pocket expense. 50 per 50-minute session. Speech and Myofunctional Screenings:. 20 for 30-minute group session. Payment is due at the time of service for initial screenings and evaluations. Ongoing therapy is billed at the end of each month.
