We were telling Lauren and she said, "But we do have a dishwasher, it is called the sink! Lauren's breakfast prayer this morning that she has named "God's Blessings". http://kjrouse.blogspot.com/2012/11/lauren-lately.html
Thursday, November 1, 2012. It is has been too long since I've written some of these down. I hope I can remember them all. So we split up on the hunt for her. I was yelling, "Lauren" and Kyle was listening. He said he was just going to wait until she started crying to find her, unfortunately, I think that would have been several hours later! You can't leave Mom and Dad! To which she replies, "But I took of my shoes before getting in bed, see? We burst out laughing and I explained that we don't eat in bed...

Sunday, April 29, 2012. Weekend Getaway in Wisconsin. We enjoyed a fabulous weekend in Wisconsin! It was so nice to get away from everything for a bit and relax without worrying about what needs to get done at home and other distractions. We stayed at George Williams College in Willams Bay where Kyle has been attending grad school in a lakefront cottage (no TV, no internet, and barely a shower).it was great! We had a blast shopping, hanging out, and chatting about the lack of hot water. We went Mini Golf...

Saturday, July 28, 2012. We went to the SciTech museum last Monday to get out of the house and stay out of the heat.plus we had free tickets! Lauren really enjoyed running around and playing with all the cool gadgets (as did her father). This was the kids area (6 and under) that we spent a good chunk of time in. Digging for bones with Dad. Kyle thinks I have mad skills for capturing this photo! Pulling up the rope to get a bubble around her. She wanted in on the action as well. Ohyou want me to be happy?

These Are The Moments. Saturday, March 26, 2011. Thank You God, for Mommy. I love getting new childrens books to review from Thomas Nelson Publishing through the Booksneeze program and Thank You God, for Mommy was an adorable board book enjoyed by my children and myself! Personally, I love how the cover is a padded hard cover and the pages are thick and durable for little hands! This book has been read over and over again already in my house and it definitely has the durability we look for!

She is a huge helper (most of the time) and a great big sister! I cannot even explain the joy I have when I watch her play with Landon.watching them just light up and laugh hysterically at each other.is the best! Alaina still goes to daycare two to three days a week and she still LOVES it! A Quick Trip Down Memory Lane:.
