SewToBed: November 2009
http://sewtobed.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, 12 November 2009. This is installment number 2 on the October Swap round-up. Was an opportunity to think small. The mats were to be pieced, quilted and bound as usual, but to be roughly 13" x 17" in size. And as it turned out we both have 2 kids (one of each colour) we decided to make them one each! I struggled for ages trying to decide what sort of patterns to use. For Anna's toddler son I settled on an I-Spy design inspired by. Cindy Carter's Scrappy Split Rail. S tutorial for guidance. SewToBed: Juneathon 2015 - Day 1
http://sewtobed.blogspot.com/2015/06/juneathon-2015-day-1.html
Thursday, 4 June 2015. Juneathon 2015 - Day 1. I can't quite believe that it's been a year since I last tried to combine a month of blogging with a month of exercise - time flies when you are having fun - but once again I have signed up to give Juneathon. Not much has changed over the last 12 months. I may be a few pounds lighter and a bit fitter, but these are both areas that are "works in progress" and will remain so for a few years yet - if not indefinitely! And the second is a 10k run. I've sewn ever...

SewToBed: Juneathon Day 23
http://sewtobed.blogspot.com/2014/06/juneathon-day-23.html
Wednesday, 25 June 2014. Monday is normally the day that I "blitz" the house after the ravages that it gets put through over the weekend, but apart from washing a load of towels, I must confess the Housework Fairy was rather lazy today! Miss H's swim coach was there and she commented that maybe she should join me in the pool next week. I hope she was joking as I only swim 1 stroke at 1 pace and that's not very fast! Julie's Crafty Corner: October 2009
http://juliescraftycorner.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
New things I want to try, like growing my own veg and maybe some other new hobbies! Sunday, 25 October 2009. It has been a while since I lasted posted on here! I am quite pleased with our first year of growing our own veg. Nearly everything I planted produced a good amount of veg, the only thing was. The peas that did not amount to much. S took over one bed and we were sick of eating them. I did not realise. How they would spread and how much they would produce. But we live and learn. You are The Star.
