Lucy in the Sky. Czwartek, 20 sierpnia 2015. Warzywne gołąbki z kapusty pekińskiej. Nigdy sama nie zabrałabym się za robienie gołąbków. Zdecydowanie za dużo pracy. Ale w tym przypadku była to praca zespołowa i wszystko przebiegło bardzo sprawnie. Przygotowaliśmy bardzo dużo małych gołąbków, zamroziliśmy.i już dawno zjedliśmy:) Bo to taki archiwalny przepis. Składniki (na około 40 gołąbków):. 4-6 posiekanych ząbków czosnku. 1/3 szklanki imbiru z zalewy lub 4 cm pokrojonego korzenia. 3 łyżki sosu sojowego.
