Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Swimming Fun: A&K Invitational and Last Swim Meet and an Orchestra Concert. Took some pictures of the kid's medals over the past 3 years that they've been swimming in Sturgis. Jillian's been swimming for 1 year, Helen for 2 years, and the boys for 3 years. Focused on her race. Big splash off the starting blocks :). Graham breaks the pool and team record for the 1650! Swimming it in 21 minutes! Jayden swimming the 500. Jayden prepares mentally for his race. The boys relay team.

Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Valentine's Day fun and Surviviing Chuck-E-Cheese: Jillian turns FIVE! Saturday, we did some hiking at Mt. Diablo near our house. Ross bought some Boston Marathon themed flowers for Valentine's Day - - 9 more weeks 'till Boston! Jillian still has pizza on her face :). A special note from Jillian (Fo is how Jillian has sounded out "from"). My sweet girl on the eve of turning FIVE! Where has the time gone? She woke up so excited that her birthday was finally HERE!

Sunday, March 30, 2014. I'm super excited to announce that I've been chosen as an Ambassador for Enduropacks! I've had a great week of training and I'm ready to head into my birthday week - - here's to turning 38! I'm so excited to see what I can do on April 13th! Sunday, July 6, 2014. Ironman times 2 plus 4. We've enjoyed PERFECT weather this fourth of July weekend. and had one of our toughest training weekends so far in preparation for our Ironman Boulder in ONE MONTH! I really believe that Ironman triathlon training is more mental than physical :) There were a few moments on my trainer that I thought it would be nice to go and curl up on the carpeting upstairs and take a nap! And the stillness that a Sunday morning brings. I hope to get an idea of my marathon p...
