Lest We Forget Foundation, Inc. Scholarship Information and Criteria. Applicant must be a student who has been indirectly affected by virtue of a blood relative i.e., father, mother being directly affected by the five year school closing in Prince Edward County, Virginia in 1959-1964. Applicant must be a high school senior. Applicant must be accepted by an accredited two or four year college/university and must provide proof of enrollment before actual allocation of the awarded funds. Aundrea M. Hicks.
