Tuesday, 9 August 2011. I'm in love.it is official.with my lovely deer and fawn head vase.it brightens up my days and makes me smile.it's soooooo shiny ( my girls do sometimes worry about me! With matilda to care for we haven't had too much time for vintage and thrifty shopping.but with the few times i've ventured out i haven't been dissappointed, my beloved vase was an ebay buy.when you can't get out and shop ebay is the way to go! Friday, 16 October 2009. Tomorrow i will be taking in in this view. i think my most favourite view in the world, and i shall be revelling in the delights that is st.ives. A whole week to be spent in my spiritual home.and it really doesn't hurt that there is a cath kidston shop there! Wednesday, 25 May 2011. Well my dears this is my little tale of a beautiful swan.i seen the above swan in the leicester oxfam store, it had a hefty price tag of £6.99.gasp.i know! I love tupperware.i guess it is being a kid of the 70's .and all those tupperware parties my mum took me to.the highlight of the evening for kids was playing with them and making them burp! Well i cannot pass any tupperware at boots or secondhand shops without snapping them up.these jugs with lids are going to be great for camping and picnics.and i just love those 70's colours! I have had a folksy shop for a little while now and haven't really done alot with it.recently i have found that etsy is a little over-run with sellers, and sales are not great.so i have been loading up my folksy shop today.sorted out a banner for it.and away i go.i will be adding new items to it all week. so if you fancy a peek go to.
