I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. Tuesday, February 23, 2010. I could go on and on about how great Oregon is but when it comes down to it, my heart belongs to California. So here I am. Already installed back in the Yosemite YSA Ward with a calling as Sunday Activities/Fireside Committee Co-Chair (is that the longest calling title ever? I missed my friends and ward more than I realized and I am so glad to be back. Here is what I am feeling about giving up on the Northwest:. Links to this post.

I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.: January 2010

I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. Tuesday, January 5, 2010. A blog of consequence. So I've been thinking lately that maybe my blog should have more direction. Maybe I should write about the books I read or my spiritual growth (or lack therof) or a specific hobby but I just can't decide. So, for now, here's a few things I've been thinking about. Lying in bed trying to fall asleep. Some Books I Want to Read in 2010:. In Defense of Food. The Count of Monte Cristo. A Tale of Two Cities.

I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.: August 2009

I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. Sunday, August 23, 2009. It's definitely been a supreme summer. My trip to Europe was amazing, exhausting, unforgettable, expensive, and I can't believe it's all over. I will definitely be going back. . . someday. There were so many things I enjoyed, but I really love, love, loved Paris and London. Pompeii was fascinating and Switzerland was beautiful. This last week Mom and I met up with the Brauns in Disneyland! Mason plotting our next move. Links to this post.

I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.: June 2010

I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. Sunday, June 27, 2010. February 22nd, HP Pavilion. Dashboard is down there. I promise. After the concert in Portland, I decided that I needed more Dashboard Confessional and finally talked Krystal into going with me to see them open for Bon Jovi in San Jose. Dashboard's set was great. Heavy with songs from their most recent album Alter the Ending. The Dashboard Fans were few and far between. I could hear a few of them yelling their support and Krystal and I a...

Jacob and Elise: Mar 1, 2009
http://jacobandelise.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Well, since I was feeling like we had a serious 3 month long void of blogworthy things going on in our life, Jacob decided to help me out this last week! Now, I can only tell you what happened from my perspective, so I'll go wake Jacob up in a few and let him add his thoughts when I'm done. Hi" (it was my husband.). A little confused since it was only 9:40). Um, wanna come to the hospital? So needless to say, I decided the salad wasn't that. When the x-rays came back, it didn't look like there were any b...

I said no. Lets just say that I'm pretty sure my fingernails are still embedded in the arm of the couch I was sitting on and my arm now looks like a ripe plum. Needless to say, despite feeling better in some ways, my arm is pretty useless today. Posted in: on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at at 1:18 PM. Week two in our apartment. Well, this has been a crazy, but fantastic weekend; and as such, we decided it would be a great time to start our blog. Posted in: on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at at 9:05 AM. Jun 6 - Jun 13.

Jacob and Elise: Lots of catching up...
http://jacobandelise.blogspot.com/2010/06/lots-of-catching-up.html
Lots of catching up. Christmas happened, and it was wonderful! I love Christmas, and Jacob loves candy, so it was a good deal for the both of us :). A bunch of awesome people came over to our house and made gingerbread (graham cracker) houses. It was so fun and we felt so cool to have real live friends at our real live house! He talked to mom, and the rest of us to, but mom's the most important. (and coincidentally had the cutest picture while on the phone with him :). Kim came to visit from Taiwan!

It's been a long process, filled with shots, hormones, and so many blood tests that by the end no one could find a vein through all the bruising. I also found out I should have brought some bigger pants with me because egg-retrieval makes me extremely. Posted in: on Friday, February 18, 2011 at at 7:13 PM. February 21, 2011 at 5:33 PM. Elise and Jacob,. Just know you are in our prayers! March 24, 2011 at 3:30 AM. I am SO hoping for you! Im good at sending good vibes so consider them sent! Elise and Jacob,.

This past week, and especially few days, Elise and I have had some awkward luck fall our way. The following are real stories, and are not meant to frighten anyone of the real world, but just in case a small child is present, please read these first and summarize the stories in a nicer way. Our bathroom light. Before we could thank our neighbors upstairs for this wonderful delight, Elise got a glass and soon discovered that it wasn't lemonade at all!
