Okay, so I know I said I was going to try to take more pictures to blog with on my good camera that takes way better pictures than my really old and outdated 3G i phone, but this mama is pretty busy and just doing the best I can! The kids have really been good about it all. Here's Mallory all ready to head out, yet again, to see just a few fixer-uppers! We have found a few we are interested in but haven't made any offers yet, so we'll see!

Tuesday, August 16, 2011. I have been putting off writing this blog post, for a few weeks and I wasn't really sure why. Then, when I sat down to do it tonight, I found tears welling up in my eyes and it took me a while to realize why. I don't have very many that read my blog, so it is mostly a simple record of our family's life. For some reason, I feel that it is important to remember the feelings in my heart right now so that I know that this was a true reflection of our life, and not just a sunshiny.

Monday, October 31, 2011. Last Week and Halloween! Last week, Madeline had her first Honor Roll Awards ceremony. Her school waits to start this until 1st grade. Here she is on the stage after getting her Principal's List ribbon for making all A's in the first quarter. Of course she is talking with a friend:).
