A Few Thoughts Captive. Monday, December 24, 2007. 2007 Year in Review. I know. everybody's doing it. Well, I've seen several posts on different blogs summarizing the year to them. Here's my attempt. But first I want to say my apologies for not posting anything for over a YEAR! Perfectionism is an ugly disease. Monday, November 24, 2008. Water and Blood and Creepy Clowns! What a strange couple of days. I'm not exactly sure how these things come about as they do, but here is what happened to me. I woke up Sunday morning, tired from Saturday. I had spent several, meaning 6 or 7, hours at the theater, conducting a hair and makeup/costume day for the play that I'm directing "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever". Who left the door open? Saturday, January 18, 2014. The End of Sex—Theatre Vertigo—SE Portland. This dark, adult comedy by Craig Jessen is playing at the Shoebox Theatre space at 2110 SE 10. Ave and is part of the Fertile Ground Festival. It is directed by Brandon Woolley and plays through February 15. For further information go to their site at www.theatrevertigo.org. Jessen’s play is quite an eye-opener and definitely adult in nature. It introduces us to a world in which intimacy may not be necessary for sexual satisfaction.
