Mahindra Humanities Center Website. January 2014 - May 2014 Cambridge, MA. As the first round of an ongoing effort, I sought to improve the user experience of watching live-streamed events and archived videos on the website. The decision to focus on live-streaming and videos was driven by stakeholder interviews, user interviews, Google Analytics data, and customer service complaints. I conducted usability testing with 7 users. HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
