The Sociology of Motherhood. Wednesday, March 27, 2013. A Family Favourite: Baked Beef and Cheesy Risotto. So anyway, we thought that this one looked good and decided to try it. The very next night (this is a few years ago btw). Turns out, we loved it and so did the kids! Method: I basically follow this except that i poke the cheese cubes down into the rice. My little helper for chopping up the herbs and onion. He quickly discovered that the onions hurt his eyes so we came up with this solution. I get a ...

The Sociology of Motherhood: On Turning 40 . . . Well . . . In 3 years
http://marandagraham.blogspot.com/2012/11/on-turning-40-well-in-3-years.html
The Sociology of Motherhood. Sunday, November 18, 2012. On Turning 40 . . . Well . . . In 3 years. I turned 37 yesterday. It's been a long time coming as I kind of skipped a year. For the whole year that I was 35 I thought I was 36. Which was fine and then when I had my 36th birthday I realised my mistake and began another year of being 36. After all, it only matters what is in your head, not what age you really are! So I feel like it has taken ages to be 37. But that's not what this post is about. What ...

Salt and Pepper to taster (however I like a lot of pepper). Parmesan Cheese grated on top (optional). Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Today I was asked to do parent help on a trip to Hagley with the Kinder children. I must say that when I looked out the window this morning I was a little worried that the trip may be put off as it was pretty yuck looking! After a couple of showers early this morning I am pleased to say that in true Tasmania style the weather picked up and managed to hit us with at least 25 degrees! Monday, November 21, 2011. How exciting the plants are growing and we will have mushrooms soon!

http://launcestonweedens.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Anzac Day at Hollybank. Yesterday we took the family for a trip to Hollybank. The sad thing is that it is the first time we had been there! I know Amelia and Charlotte have been there with school but Ryan and I hadn't. We packed a BBQ and aimed for a late lunch. When we got there it was close to 2 so we got a BBQ going. While the chef (Ryan) was cooking I had a chance to take some pictures! The People Mover on two legs! An Easter in Hobart. He was awake around 5.30! Our afternoon...
