Skip to main content. Makhato 96 Bush Lodge. Is a single privately owned lodge in the Makhato section on Sondela Nature Reserve. Built in a secluded part of the reserve, you can expect to have a private piece of nature to yourself. Neat and tidy, while informal and comfortable, the lodge is a mixture of modern day comforts and organic African style. We have recently added a battery backup and 2 plate gas stove top for in the event of load shedding or power outages. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Rates are per unit, per night. Minimum stay of 2 nights. Subject to terms and conditions on long weekends, holidays and peak season. Management reserves the right to change minimum stay conditions.
