I walked from my apartment to the metro, navigated through the metro, and then arrived at this glorious site (all on my own, I might add). I believe I am finally getting used to the surroundings and feel comfortable in adventuring out in them solo. Furthermore, I must add that I am very careful and take all safety precautions (okay, Mom? I almost forgot about it! It was so chaotic!

Went to Cheng Huang Miao - old temples that have been revamped/rebuilt and turned into a shopping center. Went to Nan Jing Lu - a pedestrian street that is lined with shops and stores. Saw the Wai Tan (The Bund) and took a river cruise on the Huang Pu River at night to see Shanghai at night! We went to an indoor ski slope!
