Road Running League: Initial Reactions. Saturday, October 17, 2009. There has been plenty of talk since the new format of the Road Running League was announced. Malta Marathon and Half Marathon Preview. Friday, February 27, 2009. Philomen Kipering will be back on Sunday to defend the Malta Marathon title that he won two years back in 2007. The Kenyan athlete will indeed be the favourite to come out on top even though he could be joined by a couple of African athlete who the organisers are trying to bring over.
