Warning* You're going to make an absolute mess and cover your kitchen with confectioners sugar, but trust me, it is SSOO. 3 eggs (room temperature). 2/3 cup canned pumpkin. You only need 2/3 cup. Thursday, December 12, 2013. One Step at a Time. In fairness to me, the video really didn't look that difficult. I guess I am more out of shape than I thought.aren't we all? I try to do short ten minute routines in the morning before work. This really helps stretch my back out and get me prepared for my day. I LOVE it! I have also stopped eating before going to bed (mostly). It was hard to do at first, but like everything else, your body adjusts. In total, I have lost 8 lbs! Happy New Year everyone!

Assim que as vi além de ficar deliciada por as comer, pensei logo que era desta que fazia um saco ou almofada de caroços de cerejas! Todos os caroços foram aproveitados, lavados e secos.
