We always look forward to the events on the trail because we can relax and not have many responsibilities. We arrived on Friday late afternoon. We took a walk through Wegman's and as usual. check out the price of a gallon on milk. $1.89! It's ALWAYS that cheap! Saturday started the event. I couldn't believe some of the get ups people had on. much more than last year! Sunset across a farm.

Thursday, December 18, 2008. ALYSSA CRASHED THE GRADUATION! We started our trip on Friday Dec 12th. It poured here the previous night. Our first problem was that major roads in Westchester County were closed because of flooding. Good thing PJ knows his way around! Friday, September 5, 2008. OUR ADVENTURES IN N'AWLINS. I was so excited to be arriving in the Big Easy and was not let down. We arrived on Saturday night and was able to get Scott into his apartment right away. He's in a gated sr. apartment complex on the campus. It's really nice. 4 singles, a living room, dining area, kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms and is completely furnished right down to the end tables! Monday, July 21, 2008. HOW ABOUT GETTING SOME PIE? On Saturday, PJ and I took the MGB out for a drive. It was a beautiful day but SO HOT! We went and got gas. As we were pulling out of the gas station we were trying to figure out where to drive to. We usually just drive down Ocean Parkway or on the North Shore looking at the nice houses but I said "Let's go somewhere different". Well different it was! PJ said "HOW ABOUT GETTING SOME PIE"? We got 2 Strawberry pies and one Blueberry Apple Pie, all frozen.

Thursday, February 21, 2008. OUR ITHACA GET AWAY! We looked at land where a farm was being subdivided into 23 parcals. That was lots of fun. PJ had a great time in the 4 story 100 year old barn. MAMA ZUKES PROJECT 365. Saturday, December 19, 2009. Today started out bad. I lost a $100 gift card that i bought for Brooke from Target. After looking for like 2 hours I said forget about this and went back to Target with my receipt. They ended up de-activating it and a new one will be sent in two weeks. Later in the day I went to the church part of Laura G.'s wedding. It was nice seeing some of the girls that Brooke graduated with. My camera was NOT behaving today! WHAT in the world is he thinking!

MAMA ZUKES PROJECT 365. Sunday, December 27, 2009. What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Day it is today! I has to be in the upper 40's to low 50's! All of the 14" of snow from the other day was GONE when we woke up this morning. It rained a lot last night so I guess it just washed away. PJ and I decided to go for a little spin in the MGB with the roof down. We only had sweatshirts on and we were quite comfy! It amazes me that we can drive with the roof down at the end of Dec in NY! MAMA ZUKES PROJECT 365. Monday, December 14, 2009. Of chicken cutlets and sauteed them in S&P and Chili Powder. When they are cooked through and browned, you shred all of it. The sauteing. Took about an hour. The shredding took both PJ. And I about another hour! After a while I brought the stool up to the counter! Sunday, May 20, 2012. Crab Cakes.Ina's Recipe. These Crab Cakes were very good. The recipe is easy to prepare but is a bit time consuming. The flavor is a lot like my BANDMAN'S CRAB CAKES. But that one is less time consuming.
