Friday, June 03, 2005. Tonight I've finished my 7 circles. 1680 problems in 83 days. Now I can sleep again on decent times, do something in the house, feed my pets and husband with home coocked meals, do some trout fishing, see the sun again, (is it still hanging there? Hang out with my choir friends and have a beer after singing, instead of running home to do my circles. I think I have family somewhere, I hope they did not forget me. 2000 Before I Croak. Saturday, December 22, 2007. So i was doing some thinking. And i figured it out. :-) i was digging a trench in the back yard. 6 feet deep, i think that's like 14 meters for you guys in the rest of the world. If you missed the last post. go read it! Just kidding. it said i had to think about how i should best learn how to learn to play chess. well the answer that came up wasn't really the path to getting better. but, the thing that has been bothering me a bit. NOT HOW TO GET THERE!

Wednesday, July 04, 2007. The remainder of the 300's and up to around 460 were fairly easy to somewhat tough. The last 40 or so problems were tough. I'm planning on going back (after I'm done with this quest) and pound those last 40 or so in my head. 3 days to go! They'll be the toughest. Good luck in this home stretch! Wednesday, October 18, 2006. Level 60 Problems and Circle One Complete. I finished today at lunch . all 1,039 problems (no, not all at once). The average time it took me to complete each problem was about the same as Level 50. I've been doing about 20 a day for a while. The next phase . practice and practice and practice each level until I consistently score a 90%. This could take a while. Links to this post. Thursday, October 12, 2006. Level 50 Problems Complete. Thursday, March 29, 2007. I've heard it before that CT-ART has its flaws. To be honest, I haven't noticed that many. For the most part I am satisfied with the explanation given. But I came across #379 tonight and I'm not sure I agree with the explanation. Number 379 is from an actual game ( Rashid Gibiatovich Nezhmetdinov vs Vladimir D Sergievsky, 1966. So its dutch, russian, german and english. just like me. :-) if only my american indian ancester chief kickbutt was in there someplace it would really be like me! Well, anyway it looks pretty interesting, you know what you are going to play against d4 and a couple of the other starts you can use it too. some people think its not too good so thats also the kind of stuff i like.

2000 Before I Croak. Thursday, January 31, 2008. Deer vrs the terminator. Wow am i both happy and surprised and a bit . sad i guess. as a part of me needs to die to get better. Some times when i watch those african nature shows where the whatever runs after a whatchamacalit and they run and run. i am always hoping the whathcamacalit gets away. i guess i dont like to see things get ran down and eaten. an honest dual however - thats ok. if both want to fight just fine. go at it. And here is my break through.
