本來沒有想寫育兒日記低！可是看的資訊越多，要記得的事情還真是琳瑯滿目，只好被動的開個部落格，幫我這個腦容量不夠大的媽媽，儲存一些必要的筆記. 寶寶滿4個月了，他開始關心周圍的事物，有旺盛的好奇心，會盯著媽媽看，喜歡把東西放到嘴巴，嘗嘗它的感覺，所以媽媽最好能配合寶寶的好奇心。到了第４個月，寶寶如果開始流口水，表示嬰兒的消化器官發育正常，可開始喂副食品，副食品又稱離乳食(或是斷奶食品)，就是指離乳期間循序漸進喂給寶寶的食品。寶寶在滿1個月到4個月都可稱為授乳期，一切以奶為主，還不能稱為離乳期，那什麼是離乳期呢？離乳期就是開始準備離開母乳，學習食用固體食物的階段，從5個月開始到1歲。在還沒進入離乳期之前，又稱離乳前期，可開始喂寶寶簡單的流質來適應。 1 離乳食最好以果汁打前鋒，用湯匙一匙一匙地喂，最重要的就是不要勉強嬰兒。 3 準備多樣種類及口味的食物給寶寶，如果寶寶吃完離乳食後，精神好，且沒有過敏，就可增加新的口味，一天一種，慢慢增加。 4 選在寶寶肚子餓時喂離乳食，先喂離乳食再喂母奶或嬰兒配方奶。 副食品的添加：果汁、蔬菜汁、蔬果泥. 蔬菜、水果類 各種蔬菜、水果 2大匙. 做法：取煮好的...
