Sunday, 14 July 2013. Egg yolks - 2. Vanilla essence - 1/4tsp. Cocoa powder – 2tbsps. Sugar – 2tbsps. Water – 150ml. Butter – 2tsps. Creme ( Cream custard):. Make caramel and pour into the ramekins and keep aside. For Cream warm cream and take bowl add egg yolks, sugar and vanilla essence and stir with electric mixer until sugar dissolve. Next add the cream in the egg York mixture and mix well. Now pour the cream into the caramel ramekins. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 170. 176; C - 45minutes.

Saturday, 22 September 2012. Cashewnuts - 100gms (Dry roast and soak in the hot water). Onions - 2 Sliced. Red chilli powder - 1tsp. Coriander powder - 1tbsp. Garam masala powder - 1tsp. Tomato puree - 1/2 cup (Readymade 100ml). Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp. Oil - 3 Tbsp. Salt - to taste. Cashewnuts – 15 nos. Dry coconut grated – 3 Tbsp. This is quite a famous dish from Charminar area of Hyderabad, made by the cooks from that area serve as an accompaniment to the famous Hyderabadi Biryani. But for me this dish goes very well as a starter. Chicken (thigh pieces or curry cut) - 500gms. Ginger garlic paste - 1Tsp. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 Tsp. Oil - 2 Tbsp. Tomato sauce - 2 Tbsp. Manjusha means box of jewels. We have a small hobby farm just outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba, that we share with our Norrbottenspets, Akbash, Border Collie, and Australian Cattle dog, as well as a bunch of sheep, pigs, and sometimes chickens and turkeys. We breed Norrbottenspets, but do so infrequently. Please contact us if you have any questions about our plans.
