The personal is political. February 11, 2015. My last post on here was almost a year ago. Is wasn’t that I didn’t care about this blog anymore, it was that I didn’t have the capacity for it. My life was changing and I was changing with it and for a little while I had to live through it instead of writing about it. I was overwhelmed and humbled by the support I received when I first started Morning After. I sincerely hope this new chapter in my work will continue to resonate with you all.

Many Mothers, Many Fathers. Can any of us claim. To be perfect parents? Certainly not me. But when my children were adolescents I helped conduct a social experiment with their friends and (this is crucial! With their friends' families. And it went well. In fact it may have made all the difference. Years later when those kids became young adults they asked me to write about what we did so that other kids can have what we had. That’s why I wrote my book.
