Caffenolcolor: March 2015
http://caffenolcolor.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Film photography. Optical, mechanical, chemical and other experiments. Thursday, March 26, 2015. But the metal of the round tin box is thick what will restrict very much the image circle. So I made a larger hole, 4mm diameter, and glued over this hole and inside the box a thin film of acetate with aluminium tape and then perforated this film and aluminium adhesive together with the 0,5 mm pin at the middle of the 4 mm hole. First version of my pinhole camera. Pinhole photo inverted with Photoscape.

Caffenolcolor: Split C-41 developer at room temperature
http://caffenolcolor.blogspot.com/2015/04/split-c-41-developer-at-room-temperature.html
Film photography. Optical, mechanical, chemical and other experiments. Thursday, April 23, 2015. Split C-41 developer at room temperature. Since a while I have been using Dignan's 2-bath C-41 developer. The color restitution depends more on the second bath, so I have been experimenting different solutions, and these are the results for a 5% solution of Potassium Carbonate anhydrous with 4g/liter of Sodium Chloride, table salt. The film I used was Fuji Superia 100, expired in 2002. Posted by Henrique Sousa.

Film photography. Optical, mechanical, chemical and other experiments. Sunday, February 22, 2015. Always learning something new. I have been getting these terrible surge marks on my B&W pictures. Regardless of how and how much I agitate or with pre-soak and without it, the demons appeared in the pictures. So, I tried to get help at Flickr, asking wheather there is a working recipe to avoid these marks. My thanks to Larry D. Posted by Henrique Sousa. Links to this post. Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Film photography. Optical, mechanical, chemical and other experiments. Wednesday, April 1, 2015. 3 Great Free Software Programs to treat your photos. I have been looking for free software to treat my photos. The first I discovered was GIMP, The GNU Image Manipulation Program. I am still using it and there are additional plugins that may be added to the program, it is very good indeed but not for beginners. That has the essential tools to enhance the quality of scanned film pictures. And GIMP to spread so...
