Anna's Blog @ LCC. Thursday, 16 April 2009. Fairlight, East Sussex. The tide was out and the sky was bleak - finally I got some pictures. Funny that to document erosion you wait for the moment when the sea moves out of the way! 16 April 2009 at 09:35. Yes I agree, but that is when one can clearly see what the sea leaves behind:-). 16 April 2009 at 09:59. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Art of Superstate: Part Three. http://annajohanssonlcc.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Anna's Blog @ LCC. Monday, 11 August 2008. My ambition is not to create classic photo essays but more trying to give a sense or understanding of a place. At times I feel torn between aesthetics and content…. I want to continue to photograph in the same way for the borders project. I would also like to include text in future work, perhaps quotes or statistics to go with the images. I did experiment with that this term but feel that I have some way to go. Anna's Blog @ LCC: On the Edge
http://annajohanssonlcc.blogspot.com/2009/04/on-edge.html
Anna's Blog @ LCC. Monday, 20 April 2009. Global warming and rising sea levels is changing the British coastline dramatically, causing part of the east and south coast to erode faster than ever before. As the sea is moving further in, it is constantly reshaping the edge of Britain and redefining the borders as we know them. This set of photographs looks at the land that has been left defenceless - soon to be claimed by the sea. Where are the pics? 20 April 2009 at 17:25. 21 April 2009 at 01:48.
