My fuzzy life: February 2007
http://drgnflz.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
A blog about my knitting, my cats and my life in general. Sunday, February 25, 2007. Yesterday I made this:. It's a camera cozy for my new lovely camera I got for Christmas. It's in the Irish Hiking scarf pattern. I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with it since I have this:. A very much more sturdy and protective camera case. I finished my Manos Moebius:. It's not long enough to double around my neck but if I should ever need to rob a bank or something it'll do just fine. Well, I know it's proba...

My fuzzy life: 2007
http://drgnflz.blogspot.com/2007/12/2007.html
A blog about my knitting, my cats and my life in general. Monday, December 31, 2007. I know, everyone's doing year end recaps so here's mine:. 2007 wasn't all bad but it certainly wasn't all good either. Quite truthfully, I'm glad in few hours it'll be gone. I learned to spin and how to make lucet cords (which I need to do some more of since it's so fun). I hope to keep increasing my spinning knowledge too. There's so much out there to learn, to try. . My goals for 2008 - besides what I've already said?

Following the path of realism in my art. Friday, March 4, 2011. Sometimes it is good to have multiple projects going at the same time. Well, it also might get a bit overwhelming, too. Right now, I'm juggling a few; I've got 3 commissions lining up and a project with my mentor. Wayne is looking great - so nice to see. Keep up the beautiful work! March 6, 2011 at 12:00 AM. Thank you so much! Im letting this one sit for a bit and will get back to it later. There is plenty left to do on it. Painting since 19...

INTO THE LIGHT: Horny Toad?
http://deborahallison.blogspot.com/2010/04/horny-toad.html
Following the path of realism in my art. Friday, April 30, 2010. The Poetry of Things" is a 9" x12" oil on linen board completed for a show celebrating the horny toad. Since I couldn't get one to sit for me, I decided to do a still life with the sculpture of the lizard. The title actually comes from the title of the book in the piece. In any case, I really like it. INTO THE LIGHT: New stuff
http://deborahallison.blogspot.com/2010/02/new-stuff.html
Following the path of realism in my art. Saturday, February 6, 2010. Since the last posting, I've worked on a sign painting (with preprinted paper border), an oil sketch of Wayne's son and I've rehung the gallery wall after feedback that it was too much stuff. I like the portrait! There is something nice about the slight sketchiness. It feels very pleasant, soft, yet informed by the light. I hope all is well there. February 7, 2010 at 9:48 AM.
