Bohl Center

The Walter F. Bohl Community Center opened May 16, 2001 after extensive renovation of the former Marble Rock School Gymnasium. In 2003, the community center was air conditioned and a kitchen added. At the end of this page you will find a calendar which shows open dates and the charges for using the facilities. Above shows seating for a sit-down meal. Museum

On May 24, 25 and 26 of 2009, we held our Grand Opening of Museum Hall along with an open house for all buildings. Attendance was great and many people came from different parts of the state. Following is the information that was provide to those in attendance. Museum Hall - 2008 Grand Opening. The kitchen, jail and fire department garage still need to be restored. Parks

At the main corner of Marble Rock, there is a small park to honor veterans and fire fighters for their service to their country and the town. A large cannon is also displayed. This 40 acre County Conservation Park was established in 1969 and is located less than a mile southwest of Marble Rock situated on beautiful Ackley Creek. The park with an abundance of timber includes a large shelter to accommodate large gatherings, hiking trails and a campground with electrical hookups and showers.

Marble Rock is served by three cemeteries:. Is situated on the south side of town. Follow Main Street. Burials were. Made as early as 1861. The Cemetery Association was formed in 1893. Initially each lot owner was responsible for the care until the time annual dues for the purpose were established. Located near the Catholic Church. Go east out of town until you junction with Highway 14, then north three miles. The cemetery was established in 1881. Revised 07.20.08.
