Colorful illustrated children’s Bibles were provided to Maria Atkinson Children’s Home through the Marcelly’s Dream Project. Another man from Mexico heard ReyRey’s story and tried to intervene. He went to Roxana and offered her money, even threatened her, but she would not consent. Roxana said, Kill me, but I cannot sign the paper. It gives us a chance to look at the outreach ministry that our caregivers provide to the families...

John Sweet's Blog. Why am I in Jail? February 17, 2014. The board members had reviewed his file prior to his interview. It clearly noted that Mark had come into custody about 90 days prior, when his mother left town with her boyfriend abandoning Mark. Neighbors had called social services and Mark came into care. There was no reason for Mark to be in juvenile detention lockdown. How could we have locked up a teenager like this for 90 days in a town with over 300 churches? And Marcelly’s Dream Initiative.
