I know this b/c the last "Friends" entry I see is from October 16th - and when I go into the individual LJs for my friends there are posts from as recent as today, October 19th. How music helped me kick the habit of utter laziness. Training, 9.11.07. Okay, so I headed out today. It was only 65 degrees, sunny, and breezy, so I thought it a perfect day. Well, it was still pretty fecking hot after the initial 45 seconds. I am, again, so horribly out of shape. I was distracted thinking of how my hail-damaged furry legs looked in my running shorts, but at least I looked better than Britney (because my stomach/back were covered). That's just bizarrely unsettling. 30 seconds to mars.

How music helped me kick the habit of utter laziness. I'm back, b*tches. I didn't update all through July when I was running at the Y and forgetting all my songs by the time I drove home. August had me working from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM every day, which isn't a great excuse, but such is life. Miraculously, I'm still within 2-3 pounds of my summertime weight, but my cardiovascular health has spiraled back around to simulate Chris Farley: The Beverly Hills Ninja. My old high-school pal.
