Saturday, August 31, 2013. Crazy, BUSY Week! I survived my first week as a student in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College! These next two years are going to be hard. I had heard that this program was going to be hard but MAN I am nottt used to all of this work. I got very little sleep and basically did HW all day-everyday. My brain is still in summer mode! I DID manage to fit 3 workouts in my week so far and I plan on working out tomorrow too! Definitely missing that CF atmosphere! With packing my lunch.

Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Awesome KB Workout, IR4 and FOOD! I had an awesome week last week! I have been eating ALLOT better Mon-Fri! Need to work on getting those weekends under control.but my birthday is this weekend. SO AFTER MY BDAY! I did this AWESOME wod tonight and loved it! I have decided now that I am not attending a CrossFit gym I really need to push myself harder and challenge myself. Since I HATE running, I have dedicated myself to do ALLOT more running and be able to run SIX miles by November!
