Ren. Festival 2003

My friend, Jay and I visited the Ren. Festival on Saturday, September 13, 2003. It rained all day long and by the end we were soaked to the bone. The rain did not dampen our spirits, though. Check out some of my memories from that day. Our first stop was at the games booth. Jay and I both tried our hands at throwing weapons. Jay throwing his ax. Jay shooting the bow and arrow. Hmmmnnn. Now what should I do with this? It hit the wall, just didn't stick. Check out more pictures on Ren. page 2.

This page is full of more pictures from my visit to the Festival. Join me as we travel back in time . . . Never ones to be bound by tradition, Jay and I decided not to play the stereotypical roles. Watch out Harry Potter! Somehow the blond hair just doesn't fit. We watched a real live joust. Okay, so maybe they didn't hit each other very hard, but they were dressed up and rode horsed toward each other while holding sticks in their hands. The residents of Cantibury marching to the joust. I didn't buy it.

Publicerat 2015-08-15 21:49:42 i Allmänt. På förmiddagen åkte Maja och Henrik in på Håbos Festdag med godisjoggen som tradition. De hade bestämt träff med Majas kompis V, syster och pappa. Som vanligt var Lasse Åberg i görningen och alla barn som deltog i godisjoggen fick ett signerat Diplom av honom. Själv så körde jag lite solning och bokläsning som avslutades med en gräsklippning och krattning. Vilket resulterade i en bränd rygg. Jag sliter blicken från himlen och kollar ned mot foten, skon var hel!
