I have seriously not lost one ounce since May 17. Every day I get on the scale and it is the exact same weight as the day before, and I smile (okay, first I swear! The weekend was long and exhausting, but fun and I learned a lot. I still have no idea where these classes are taking me, that is, 3 levels of Reiki, Qigong and now Reflexology.
