Combine next seven ingredients until well mixed. Spread evenly onto prepared pan.

India relish. 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper. 1/2 tsp. curry powder, preferably Moghul. 1/2 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce. Mince elephant garlic in food processor with steel knife. Scoop yolk mixture into a piping bag fitted with an open star tip.
