I don’t know that I was clear enough on the last post about my intentions with this blog. And frankly, I really don’t know what to do with it. The kids and I are doing well. We are managing most days, flourishing some days and holding on to each other for all of them. It seems strange for me to just jump back on here and ask you for a request but I’m going to do that. I wish you peace.

John Mark Shipp, Sr. (born October 8, 1939, died January 16, 2009). John was the son of A.H. Shipp and Emma Henry Newcomb. He is survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Shirley Shipp, formerly Shirley Foster. On January 16, 2008 he died at home with his wife after enjoying an afternoon and dinner with her. He died in her arms. I appreciate so much the many things he taught me by simple, subtle sermon, his example. Where You'll Find Me. OMG you have to see this website! What can I say.it's so CUTE!

Friday, May 29, 2009. A twirl to Toronto. Went to Toronto yesterday to attend a wine tasting in the evening and do an Eaton Centre twirl in the afternoon with Suzanne. We bought matching Coach rings for each other for our birthday. Wine tasting was awesome - excellent food and company. Push up update #3? My push up program has suffered a set back.
