Daughter, Aunt, Sister, Friend. Monday, April 20, 2009. I'm an aunt again! My sister's baby came! He was supposed to be here on the 24th via c-section, but he didn't want to wait. She was dilating and was told he needed to come on the 16th. So, he came! He weighed 7 pounds 8.7 ounces and was 19 inches long. He's so cute. I'm excited to go see him this summer. Saturday, May 25, 2013. Three kids seems to have me far too busy to blog. But since use the blog to justify being terrible at journal keeping, I must blog. Carter has finished his first year of preschool. He mostly loved it, except for the couple of days this spring when I literally had to carry him in kicking and screaming (I wish I were exaggerating! He learned a lot: he knows his colors and shapes, and can count all the way to 39, as long at you don't care about 15 (he misses 15 every single time!

Saturday, December 21, 2013. Skaneateles is an adorable town in the Fingers Lakes region and they do a beautiful Dickens Festival every year at Christmas time. Knowing we were leaving NY, we decided that we could NOT miss the Dickens Festival this year.
