We started with glass bowls (originally from our wedding centerpieces 4 1/2 years ago) and filled them with water and blue food coloring. We found packs of small rubber ducks at a party store and stuck them in to “swim.” Sadly, the ducks were a bit top heavy, so they all floated on their side instead. Oh well!
