The Mark of the Yeast. Explorations in beer and home brewing. February 11, 2015. April 13, 2015. Moving forward, this blog is going to change shape somewhat. Brew logs and tasting notes will no longer be fragmented, and instead I will post both once I have tasted a given beer sufficiently so as to provide as complete a record of the beer as possible.
