SOBOing NOBOs with a dusting of snow | marmotsadventures
https://marmotsadventures.com/2014/09/10/soboing-nobos-with-a-dusting-of-snow
SOBOing NOBOs with a dusting of snow. September 10, 2014. Day 140: Two Medicine Ranger Station to East Glacier, MT, 12 miles, 2,612 miles total. The brisk day with a cold wind and snow accumulation also affirmed our plan to get back to town. A couple more miles walked have us content. We now realize we have less than 100 official trail miles to go. Also a special thanks to our kind shuttle driver from Louisiana with a soothing story telling voice. Scroll down for a detailed spreadsheet of what I’ll be taking with me on the CDT. My pack’s base weight is about 12.5 pounds without food and water. Gabriel’s base weight is around 13 pounds and includes 2 pounds of our tent system. We use a Six Moon Designs Lunar Duo. A single-wall, fully enclosed (bug free! Tent with enough room for a 6’4″ person to not bump into the ceiling. The trekking poles that I’ll be carrying weigh a pound, and are used as the poles for the tent. For journaling and photo loading.

Et comme j’habitais à Paris, je faisais parfois même dans le sarcasme : « C’est pour aider les enfants Madame! Et pour vous mes parisiens ado...
