I was born in Cartagena, Colombia, My father was a Navy Officer from a small town in Antioquia, and my mother was from Cartagena, a house wife with a beautiful soprano voice. Playing in my maternal grandparents Spanish Moorish style home, particularly in the El patio de los Leones , a replica of the Alhambra in Granada Spain.
