Add one rep each minute until you are no longer able to complete the reps within the minute. 3 x 3 Sec Squat. 3 Perfect Push Ups. 10 L-Sit Leg Lift. 12 RFT (20 min time cap). 30 Sec each leg Sampson Stretch. 30 Sec each leg Chair/Wall Stretch. 100 Sit Ups For Time. 100 Pull Ups (scale # or scale to ring row). 1 Round For Time. 30 Sec Sampson Stretch (each side). 1 Min Bottom Of Squat. 10 rounds For Time.

Many forms of tai chi include a move known as "Step Back to Repulse Monkeys," illustrated in the header at the top of the page. Properly done, it resembles the "Brush Knee" movement done in reverse. Evidently the allusion, which can be found in numerous Asian cultures, is to the incessant screeching and chattering of certain species of monkeys, which resembles the internal chaos that can infect a person's mind.
