Problemet med det var att det blev fööör tidigt, och jag hade inte fått mitt kaffe så jag mest hasade mig runt i parken. Ingen träning och ingen löpning, bara promenad och ett jäkla kaffesug! 2 timmar senare fick jag ÄNTLIGEN mitt kaffe och började piggna till, så det blev en simtur och därefter ett ryggpass på gymmet.
