Executive Chef at QMO. I’m from Barcelona, Spain. I graduated from CETT. Cooking and hotel management school, in Barcelona. My first experience was in the kitchens of 1 Michelin star restaurant Neichel , in Barcelona. I was recruited by famous chef Carles Tejedor to be part of Via Veneto. Which still holds the oldest Michelin star in Barcelona. It was thanks to Alkimia , with 1 Michelin star, and my mentor there, Chef Jordi Vilà. After that, I was involved with 5 star hotel Ohla.
