Some of my work! Sunday, October 25, 2015. A Cobbled Cowl for a Friend! So I have been knitting now for about a month! I have finished 2 cowls now and probably could have done more BUT I didn't knit every single day! So the first cowl was for my husband BUT I made a mistake for the entire cowl and thus it ended up a little wonky, which is why that one didn't get a debut! I guess my only consolation was that I at least made the same mistake the entire cowl! Just click and away you go! Here is a link to he...

Some of my work! Tuesday, October 11, 2016. And Autumn Came: New Shawl Release. September tenth….the year starts home. Morning broke clear today. No fog….no rain. Only a clear cold september morning. It’s autumn all right. You can feel it. With the taste of summer still in my mouth. My lungs breathe autumn. The year goes back from where it came. Like a battered kite being brought in. Like a watch spring unwinding. Like children to houses. And madrigals begin again. Rod McKuen, And Autumn Came.

We have very impatiently been awaiting the arrival of our Silkie Hen Lin's first brood.although in hindsight it seems to have flown by! She has been brooding in our upstairs storage room in her own quiet dog crate since March 26th! From the start to end it is generally 21 days, however the baby chicks hatched on day 19, which was yesterday! OH BOY were we excited and so was she! She is such a good little mama! Lin is such a proud mama!

Some of my work! Saturday, January 30, 2016. Now is Come Salvation. And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven,. Lovers of money,. I sole...
