After I saw 18-wheelers driving the last time we were here, I had no qualms about driving it while towing. It was built to haul uranium ore after all. Our Southern Exposure - The View Towards Monument Valley. We recalled having lots of TV stations here. Now there are 104! Some are duplicates and most are Denver stations. The adventures of a retired couple. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Tried to find Dripping Springs. Failed. The instructions said it was difficult to locate because of all the trails. Did see all manner of cacti and a reached a vista point where we could see thousands of white dots of RV’s covering the valley floor. Pictures taken by talented LD folks. In Memory of Mary Gardiner Jones
I'm very sorry to say Mary passed away Wednesday afternoon December 23rd. Her care giver Alethia and I were with her. She died peacefully at home, looking at a Christmas tree with blue and silver balls and white lights; something she'd had her first Christmas in her own apartment on 96th St. in New York way back when. She always said it was her favorite - so peaceful. And so all, let us remember and celebrate an extraordinary life. Charles Watkins - her nephew.

Born in London in 1985, Mary Garner trained at Wimbledon College of Art, Kensington and Chelsea College and gained a 1st Class Degree at Edinburgh College of Art. She was recently awarded the Royal Scottish Academy’s Kinross Scholarship to study in Florence and the Anna Mahler Association Award to study books and print in Spoleto, Italy.
