Heute gibt es einer meiner Lieblings Kekse zur Weihnachtszeit sie sind so lecker und sooooo einfach und schnell zu backen das man wirklich nicht viel Zeit benötigt. Probiert es einfach aus! 1 2 Pck. Backpulver. Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und verkneten. Den Backofen auf Ober/Unterhitze vorheizen bei 160 Grad. Aus dem Teig kleine Kugeln formen und mit einer Gabel leicht platt drücken oder andrücken. Fertig sind für mich die besten Kekse der Welt.
