Marymount in Korea: People are more impactful than places: a "site visit" story

http://www.marymount-korea.net/2015/03/people-are-more-impactful-than-places.html

Sunday, March 22, 2015. People are more impactful than places: a "site visit" story. I usually am pretty quiet in those types of situations, but I had to go up and shake their hands afterwards and tell them how brave I thought they were. Site visits are really valuable and informational, but it’s discussions like that that I think really give you an opportunity to learn and grow when you’re abroad. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Marymount in Korea: Hope to see you soon Seoul.

http://www.marymount-korea.net/2015/03/hope-to-see-you-soon-seoul.html

Friday, March 20, 2015. Hope to see you soon Seoul. Overall, I was very impressed with Seoul, it surpassed my expectations. Seoul really fit the "Miracle on the Han River" description. My only disappointment is that one week was not enough. There was so much to see! In front of Namdaemun-one of 8 gates that surrounded the city during Josean Dynasty. Marymount in Korea: Sick Selfie

http://www.marymount-korea.net/2015/03/sick-selfie.html

Friday, March 20, 2015. Relating to this there was one more thing that I really thought about the day we went to the DMZ that related back to the refugees. It was a beautiful day and the view to North Korea was clean and clear. You could see some buildings very far away and mountains. My Frist reaction was to take a selfie! August 29, 2016 at 7:58 AM. April 11, 2018, 11am. What are you looking for? This is the question Jesus asked his first disciples, Andrew and John. It is the question that Jesus addresses to every human heart. What are you looking for? Beauty, truth, love, life, happiness? Ask yourself deeply: What is it my heart yearns for the most? Actually, it is all of the above and more. There is in every human heart a desire for the infinite, for more, for a fulfillment we cannot even name. Each of us is searching not for a what? But for a Who!
