As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Wednesday, 20 July 2011. 10, 30,40 x5. 5,10,200 x 5. 5 dumbbell snatches per side. 10 hang power cleans. 150 kettlebell swings, each time the kettlebell is put down, 15 situps. Run 200m with the med ball. As many pullups as possible then run 200m, as many rounds as possible in ten minutes. 50,40,30,20,10.

Run 400 or row 500. 10 reps of each, followed by nine then descending to singles. Tuesday, 14 June 2011. 5/5, 20 x5. 5 turkish get ups per side. Focus work was looking at the squat, front squat and squat clean, learning the basic shapes, looking for good lumbar positions and good squat depth. 5 pvc pipe squat cleans. Thursday, 9 June 2011.
