Mon, Nov. 1st, 2010 01:31 am (UTC). Je suis un melange d'influence. Je suis malade du tete. Mon, Nov. 1st, 2010 01:36 am (UTC). It's uncanny. You didn't by-chance go under the name of Madamoiselle Cyr. In 1985 did you? Sun, Oct. 31st, 2010 09:47 pm (UTC). Mon, Nov. 1st, 2010 01:32 am (UTC). Dude in a gorilla suit way hotter.

Mon, Nov. 25th, 2013, 07:37 pm. Spoilers. Indirect kinda. Reposted from the NZDWFC board. But Moffat's purpose was not to try, a third time, to heal the wound so the show could move on - bound to fail once again - but instead to unmake the act of wounding and give the show a new core. It was an audacious plan, rife with technical and thematic complexities, and that's the kind of challenge that plays to Moffat's strengths. He nailed it.*. Mon, Nov. 25th, 2013 07:11 am (UTC). However, despite my respect and love, I find myself taking a slightly contrary view about this matter from time to time, and a recent exposition seems like a great focus for explaining why. Dale advises GMs to Pimp Your Game. This is indisputably useful perspective on the game, but I think there is a conceptual pitfall that I worry about...

On 2015.08.03 at 21:51. I like to think of this as the Myth of the Fragmentary Story. The devil we know is a shared commitment to a shared story experience, to not only a shared imaginary space but a unified and hermetically enclosing imaginary space. At 2015-08-06 05:06 (UTC). You make some interesting points. I guess where I...

On 2015.08.06 at 20:07. Is anarchy the alternative to order? If we reject, implicitly, explicitly, accidentally, the imposition of either source of structure, what will actually happen at the table? What is going to affect the things we care about and how? What do we want? How will we achieve it? My least-suc...

200809.28 @ 10:51. Single Best Bit of Gaming Advice Ever. A New Zealand Outpost of RPG Thought. Single Best Bit of Gaming Advice Ever. On 2008.09.28 at 10:51. Recently I've been having a difficult time with roleplaying. This year I've only been involved in two games. The first is an on-going M:TA LARP set in Prague, the second was a "what if" game about the arrival of aliens in Elizabethan England. Seemed like the only way to save the story. The trouble with Bernard was the opposite: he had no ongoing pr...

I took my line pretty far - I called out. Over his award of "Best GM" at KapCon for his break-out Indie game, "The Lucky Joneses", a game about dysfunctional families that was finally released last year as Bad Family.
