When I'm with my friends and family, and doing things I enjoy, life seems glorious. On the flip side, though, when I'm in "down time" mode, I feel like I'm just waiting for the next thing all the time. Thursday, May 15, 2008. So, I wrote my previous post earlier today during Sophie's afternoon nap. Of course, since she likes to be contrary and prove me wrong, she went to sleep without a peep, and I never heard a noise until I went in to get her 1.5 hours later. She always does that.it's like she knows when I've said something about her, and she wants everyone to think I'm lying. Since starting work I had been working overtime so I have been away from the house for 13 hours a day typically. I looked forward to having a day off (although it was only one day). The boys received a lot of surprises. Aunt Kelly flew in on Christmas Eve. Check out the surprise looks on the boys faces! We did the traditional exchanging of Christmas Eve PJs.
