Matt Jylaire London Beckett and Piper. Sunday, May 27, 2012. Baseball with Grandpa Payne. My grandpa loves baseball! He's always played; then he coached my mom; then he coached me. I have so many memories of me and my grandpa together, and I'm so incredibly grateful that my children have been able to enjoy him as much as I did! He'll be 85 next week, and his health isn't great. His health has really declined this past year, but he couldn't say no to Becketts request to play catch today! Such a fun night!

Matt Jylaire London Beckett and Piper. Sunday, March 17, 2013. London has always bitten her nails. We made her a deal that if she stopped for 6 weeks then we'd take her to get a manicure! Last Friday was the day! I decided to have her get a trim too since we were already there. Such a fun night! Becks weekend with Frankie! Last weekend, Beck had his class friend, Frankie, over to spend time with us and to journal about! Beck was so dang cute with him! The house is almost done! Tuesday, March 12, 2013.

Matt Jylaire London Beckett and Piper. Saturday, November 10, 2012. Beck LOVES his Heeleys! He saved his money to pay for half of them, so he's really taken great care and appreciated them too! He's finally mastered the art of the Heeleys and is a complete maniac on them! The flu bug hit our house in a bad way this week. Piper last Saturday and Sunday; Beck came home sick from school Tuesday, and it it me Wednesday night. Good times. Hopefully the dreaded flu is gone for good! Friday, November 2, 2012.

Tuesday, June 21, 2011. I have always wanted to start a blog! So here is my attempt! I thought the best way to start a blog about Matt and my life is to start with an about us post! We exchanged numbers and I went home. I thought like all other guys I wouldn't hear from this guy I meet for a few days, but this was not the case with Matt. I got a text the next day from him wondering if I would like to go on a ride with him on his bullet bike, of course I said yes. After that day we were inseparable.
